- Movie "Fighter" is a good piece of cinema. I liked the "outgoing misfit lone wolf" character of Hrithik who can't shrink himself to work as a team. Sometimes a heightened self-esteem or confidence can be confused with smug arrogance. 🎬

- People are finding it hard to own homes because assets are pricey and there's low earning power. Due to low demand for houses, prices are projected to fall. At the background of inflation, there's a silent depressive environment. 🤨

- My mindset is that of a billionaire investor but I still have roots of a middle class guy in my heart. I'm a middle class child by heart. Being a VIP, I still love to take a walk along the street having street food like a regular middle-class guy. 🤨

- People want discount on medicines but they will buy alcohol on MRP. Middle-class people no matter how tight their budget is - will always spend money on alcohol. Addictions eat away into savings. Avoid "Enjoy Now Suffer later" mindset. 🤨
